President Joe Biden is one of the most experienced politicians in the United States but seems to fail miserably regarding proper protocol and children.
Reporters recently caught on video two instances of Biden overstepping boundaries and engaging in what many consider inappropriate touching and language.
Last Friday, the Western Journal reported that Biden “put his hands on a 7-year-old boy before offering to escort the child around the White House.”
They report the “cringe-worthy exchange,” now posted to Twitter, took place as Biden signed legislation supporting first responders. While “stroking the boy’s arm and caressing his face” without parental permission, Biden whispered to the boy, “Meet me after this, and I can show you around the White House. Do you want to see it?”
The Daily Wire reports that the next day, during the “Pardoning of the National Thanksgiving Turkey” ceremony, Biden approached a young girl held in her mother’s arms.
The girl “recoiled as President Biden moved into her personal space, first turning her head away sharply then flinging her elbow up as he tried to poke her with his forefinger.”
The video, posted to Twitter, is approaching 170,000 views.

This seems to be a chronic blind spot for Biden. A compilation video of inappropriate encounters posted to YouTube has almost 100,000 views.
The New York Post has reported on Biden’s inappropriate comments to children about their appearance.
Business Insider made a similar complaint, citing inappropriate comments made to a 10-year-old girl.
In an interview with The Cut, Lucy Flores, 35, a Democratic candidate for lieutenant governor in Nevada in 2014, spoke of her encounter with Biden when they met at a campaign event:
“He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified. I thought to myself… Why is the Vice President of the United States smelling my hair? He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head. My brain couldn’t process what was happening…I wanted nothing more than to get Biden away from me. My name was called and I was never happier to get on stage in front of an audience.
I had never experienced anything so blatantly inappropriate and unnerving before. The Vice President of the United States of America had just touched me in an intimate way reserved for close friends, family, or romantic partners — and I felt powerless to do anything about it.”
In 2015, a C-SPAN video, which some say shows Biden inappropriately touching young girls, was removed by Twitter for violating its “Child Sexual Exploitation Policy.”
Supporters try to depict Biden’s behavior as grandfatherly and endearing, but the press has not characterized it in those terms.
