Independent journalist Megyn Kelly issued a scathing message to Disney this week after a leaked video went viral on social media of an executive producer at the company admitting to “adding queerness” to children’s programming.
During “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast, Kelly reacted to the video of Disney executive producer Latoya Raveneau discussing her “not-at-all-secret gay agenda.”
“So Disney and she [Disney Corporate President Karey Burke] have apparently made clear that they are going to be putting as many … LGBTQIA, the two-spirit, goes on and on all these folks, in as many Disney movies as possible. That they want these characters to become ubiquitous in the Disney movies,” Kelly said.
“And I think that is totally unnecessary and out of line,” she added. “I don’t want you to work out your wokeism on my kid! Okay! Do a movie that teaches tolerance, kindness, and support for your fellow human beings. Don’t shove two-spirit people, which by the way is not a thing, and pansexual I had to look it up…so you’re bi I guess. That’s not a thing. That’s already a thing. They already have a letter.”
“I’m sorry, but please,” Kelly continued. “All these glommers who just want attention… Anyways, it’s good to know. We owe a debt of gratitude to Karey Burke for being so explicit about their plans and to certainly Chris Rufo for letting us all know about them. Beware. You beware. Don’t put a Disney movie on in front of your kid before you fully come to understand what it’s going to be promoting, who’s gonna be starring, and what agenda they’re pushing.”
“They’re no longer the Disney of yesterday,” she added.

On top of that, Disney announced earlier this week that they are axing gendered language such as “boys and girls” and “ladies and gentleman” in their park greetings to promote gender inclusivity.
Disney’s diversity and inclusion manager Vivian Ware was heard speaking about the changes in a video conference call recorded by City Journal’s Christopher Rufo.
“We’ve provided training for all of our cast members in relation to that. So now they know it’s ‘Hello, everyone,’ or ‘Hello, friends,’” Ware said in the video.
Parkgoers will no longer hear “ladies and gentlemen” and “boys and girls” in park greetings, according to the video.
“We want to create that magical moment with our cast members, with our guests,” she said. “And we don’t want to just assume because someone might be in, our interpretation, may be presenting as female that they may not want to be ‘princess.’”
“It was reported last year that Walt Disney World in Florida removed its longtime greeting, ‘Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,’ from its Magic Kingdom fireworks show to promote inclusivity. It was replaced with a greeting saying, ‘Good evening, dreamers of all ages,’” Fox News reported.
“Disney employees walked off the job last week in protest of a perceived lack of company opposition to a Florida bill that prohibits teachers from providing instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten through third-grade classrooms,” the report added.
This comes after Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law Florida’s “Parental Rights in Education” bill.
