Megyn Kelly slammed Meghan Markle as the “least self-aware person” she’s ever encountered in the public arena, labeling her a “pain in the butt” and more.
During “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast host’s appearance on Sky News Australia on Wednesday, Kelly called out the Duchess of Sussex and wife of Britain’s Prince Harry for running around being the word police while people are struggling to put food on their table amid “record inflation.”
“Over here people can’t buy turkeys, they’re too expensive, we’ve got record inflation … and she wants to run around word policing everybody,” Kelly told the host. “Have some perspective.”
“She is the least self-aware person I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter in public life,” she added.
At one point, the former Fox News host admitted that the thing that “really irritates” her about the former “Suits” actress podcast is that every week on her “Archetypes” podcast Markle dissects “another word that you’re not allowed to say.”
“You can’t say difficult, you can’t say the ‘b-word,’ you can’t say a woman’s aggressive … sometimes women of all shapes, sizes, colors, whatever, we get angry, it’s not necessarily an archetype,” the podcaster added.
Kelly talked about one episode in which the duchess admitted she’s “particular” but that didn’t mean she’s “difficult,” the outlet noted.
