Fox News reports that after reviewing the video of Tuesday’s horrific shooting at Oxford High School, the Michigan prosecutor, Marc Keast, was left speechless.

After composing himself, Keast said that in reviewing social media posts, it was clear that the shooter planned to “deliberately murder as many students as he could that day.”

The incident left four students dead and seven injured. Four of the injured remain hospitalized; three of the injured—two students, and a teacher—were recently discharged.

Keast reviewed the video of the incident before hitting the 15-year-old suspect with 24 charges.

A Fox News video notes that Crumbly will be tried as an adult. He faces four counts of first-degree murder, 7 counts of intent to murder, and 12 counts of possession of a firearm.

Notably, Crumbly will also be charged with an act of “terrorism that causes death.”

His attorney entered a “Not Guilty” plea.

The Fox report references a comment by local police noting there is a “massive” amount of “digital evidence” showing that this was a “pre-planned, very well planned act.”

It is not known if the victims were particular targets of the shooter.

Crumbly was at the school with his parents on Monday and Tuesday morning, speaking with school officials on a discipline matter.

The incident happened at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, approximately two hours after Crumbly and his parents met with school officials.

Crumbly was arraigned on Wednesday. His parents were in the courtroom.

Judge Nancy T. Carniak denied bail and ordered Crumbley’s immediate transfer to Oakland County Jail.

In explaining her order to move Crumbly from a juvenile facility in Pontiac to an adult facility in Oakland, Carniak said, “I want to err on the side of caution…[this is] to protect other juveniles. [Crumbly] will be in isolation, with contact only from sheriff deputies.”
