The administration of President Joe Biden has been doing such a dismal job apparently even Democrats want to see changes.

They want to either see a new plan of action by this White House or they want to see new staffers around the president, Breitbart reported.

According to a report by NBC News,  the president’s message isn’t resonating with Americans. His party’s chances of keeping their congressional majority are slim, his Build Back Better plan is dead, he failed at fixing the Chinese coronavirus, and inflation is on the rise.

Democrat operatives who spoke with NBC are worried that if Biden’s path is not strengthened out soon, the Democrat party’s chances in November could worsen, affecting his plans moving forward.

“A sign of a good leader and a successful executive is to identify the policies or personnel choices that have not resulted in success and make necessary course corrections — because it’s too important not to,” Rep. Stephanie Murphy, who is retiring from Congress, said.

NBC News reported that some in the Democrat Party believe that change has to start with changing some of the staff. It said that in private conversations “there is broader agreement within the party that Biden can’t keep doing the same things and expect different results” with eh same people.

One member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC), who spoke under anonymity said that replacing top aides “would send a signal to the public that Biden understands something has to change,” specifically citing Ron Klain, the architect of a ton of Biden’s agenda.

“Biden’s the star quarterback, and you can’t fire the star quarterback, so you start looking at the head coach and the offensive coordinator and the defensive coordinator,” the congressperson said. “Fairly or unfairly in a situation like this, you start looking at the person who is in the chief of staff position.”

“I don’t think there’s anything abnormal after a year of looking at your staffing situation and maybe shaking things up,” they said. “My hope is that he does do that.”

The Congressperson was annoyed that major initiatives, like Build Back Better, did not pass after Biden met with members of Congress.

“There was no strategy. That just put the president in a horrible, horrible situation,” they said. “That has to fall on the head of the chief of staff.”

In December, during an interview with NBC’s Willie Geist, which will air in full on his podcast ‘Sunday Sitdown,” Clinton seemed to suggest the White House is not “stable” and “sane.”

Clinton’s comments came in response to Geist asking about the progressive wing of the party costing Democrats in swing elections in next year’s midterms.

“So what do you see as the state of the Democratic Party right now?” Geist asked.

“I think that it is a time for some, you know, careful thinking about what wins elections and not just in Deep Blue districts where a Democrat and a liberal Democrat or so-called progressive Democrat is going to win,” Clinton said.

“I understand why people want to argue for their priorities, that’s what they believe they were elected to do. So, look, I am all about having vigorous debates. I think it’s good and it gives people a chance to be part of the process,” she added.

“But, at the end of the day it means nothing if we don’t have a Congress that’ll get things done and we don’t have a White House that we can count on to be sane and sober and stable and productive,” Clinton said.

Clinton also spoke about Donald Trump running for president in 2024.

“If I were a betting person right now, I’d say Trump is going to run again. He seems to be setting himself up to do that. And if he’s not held accountable, then he gets to do it again,” she said.

“I think that could be the end of our democracy. Not to be too pointed about it, but I want people to understand that this is a make-or-break point. If he were, or someone of his ilk were once again to be elected president, and if especially he had a Congress that would do his bidding, you will not recognize our country,” Clinton added.
